Any tours or excursions booked can be cancelled or changed without charge up to 24 hrs before the start date and time of the tour (depending on availability)

If a tour or excursion is cancelled on the day of departure we can’t offer a refund.

If on the day of departure someone is not able to go on the tour or excursion we can offer to change the date of the tour or excursion for a small fee

If a tour or excursion is cancelled due to bad weather circumstances or engine failure we always offer a full refund, or we can change the date of departure without charge.

If by mistake something goes wrong with a booking, we always refund the full amount paid or we can offer a change of departure date without charge.

If a customer is showing bad behaviour we have the right to refuse the customer to participate in a tour, excursion or transfer, if this is the case we will not offer a refund

The full amount of the tour, excursion or transfer must be paid 24 hrs before the departure date (in some individual cases we can arrange a different plan of payment)

Booked flights are non-refundable if confirmed (changing the date of departure is available in most cases.

Lost or stolen belongings on the tour, excursion or transfer are not our responsibility (we will always help the customer to get back the belongings lost or stolen on the tour, excursion or transfer)

People who get sea sick easily should take sea sick medicine with them because we’re not always able to offer sea sick medicines (if a customer get sea sick we do not offer any compensation)

We not allow pregnant women, people with health issues like heart deceases to participate in all the tours operated by speedboat.
